A favorite moment from your year of service:
One of my favorite moments was watching the kids harvest their fruits and vegetables in the fall, and being able to see how proud they were knowing they planted the food we were harvesting together!
An accomplishment from the year that you are proud of:
Being able to learn and build relationships with the students and staff. It was a joy teaching in each of your classrooms!
Something you learned that you will take with you:
I can now make a homemade ‘gatorade’, called switchel. Some of the students were also surprised that they enjoyed it!
Where are you headed next?
I’m headed to Troy School located in North Troy, Vermont, where I will be a second grade teacher!
